Allyson Goodwin

Ms. Goodwin was born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan in 1971. Ms. Goodwin earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors in two subjects in 1992 and received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1995. Ms. Goodwin was an associate editor of the Journal of Law Reform. She joined our firm from Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A. in 1997 and became a partner in 2000.

Ms. Goodwin is admitted to practice in Florida and Washington D.C. as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She specializes in commercial and civil litigation, commercial transactions and insurance defense, and her clients include established national hundred million dollar corporations, as well as private individuals. Ms. Goodwin provides general legal business consulting services, and acts as outside counsel to a large number of smaller corporations as well.
